There they can use Instagram to Upload Photos or even Video them through their Smartphone. But how to upload photos in Instagram via PC Without additional software that might sound impossible? This way you can use to upload Photos only. Excluding Video.
Step / Tutorial
Open your Browser (Chrome or UC Browser because Firefox does not support doing this).
Open instagram.com in your address bar then login
After login, Right click on any part and select Inspect, or Inspect Element (Depending on each Browser)
Then click on the Toogle Device Mode section
Then select on the Responsive tab (Do not change to other device mode, because it does not allow photo upload)
Last live click on the Camera logo on Instagram and you can upload your photos via your PC / Laptop.
Note: This method can only be done to upload Photos only. Not for video.
